Reflectance Accessories

This Flat Plate is an optional crystal plate for the VeeMAX^™ III with ATR accessory. It is a flat plate with a germanium (Ge) crystal set at a 45° angle.

The NIR Integrating Spheres is an upward looking sample sphere with a 12° angle of incidence. It has a 76.2 mm gold-coated Lambertian surface, a sample port size of 20 mm, and borosilicate windows. It has an InGaAs detector with a spectral range of 5000-500 cm^-1 .

The Gold Reflectance Mirror is an optional optics mirror for the 80Spec^™ (L1272248) Specular Reflectance accessory.

This Polarizer is an optional part for the 80Spec^™ Specular Reflectance accessory. It is a manual polarizer with a zinc selenide (ZnSe) element. The element is 2 mm in diameter and has a 20 mm clear aperture. It is mounted on a standard slide mount and is compatible with Spectrum Two spectrometers. Polarizers are ideal for measuring sample orientation and thin films and have near-, mid-, and far-infrared applications.

The EasyDiff^™ Small Sample Cup is a 10 mm x 2.3 mm cup designed to hold solid samples undergoing diffuse reflectance analysis. Qty. 2.

The SiC Abrasive Pad is an optional sample preparation tool for diffuse reflectance analysis. This pad is a metal-coated self-adhesive pad, 11 mm in diameter with a 600 grit in silicon carbide. The Diamond Abrasive Stick is an optional sample preparation tool for diffuse reflectance analysis. This tool is stainless steel cylindrical stick with an aluminum coating, 3 mm in diameter and 23 mm long.
