The ATR Crystal Kit includes a 6.75 mm Germanium imaging crystal with an anti-reflection coating, a stainless steel ATR Crystal Sleeve, and a bonding jig. Crystal alignment and bonding instructions included.
This kit is a recommended upgrade option for the Spotlight 400 and 400 N. It allows the imaging of samples up to 10 mm thick. The larger crystal enables 400 µm areas to be collected to get more information from the sample quickly.
