微塑料表面积聚的生物膜会聚集杀虫剂等有机污染物。海洋生物摄入此类污染物后会受到伤害,进而将这种伤害通过食物链传递到我们的餐桌上。色谱法和质谱法有助于识别和测定这些污染物,自动化样品制备,例如固相萃取则可以让整个过程更加高效。此外,下一代测序等基因组学技术也可以用于表征附着在生物膜上的细菌。

  • 污染分析
  • 用GC/MS和LC/MS鉴定和检测多环芳烃(PAHs)、多氯联苯(PCBs)等有机污染物、易挥发有机化合物(VOCs)和其他添加剂
  • 基因测序,包括细菌基因组的DNA断片大小质量控制(QC);细菌基因组的自动化库制备;自动化核酸萃取
